TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Campaign Participation
   • Participation in the Wedding Season Campaign is voluntary. By participating, the customer accepts
     these Terms & Conditions without objection.
     
   • Interwood reserves the right to accept or reject any participation without assigning any reason.
2. Offer Limitations
   • The campaign is valid only for a limited time (10 Oct – 15 Nov).
   • Interwood reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
3. Lucky Draw Disclaimer
   • The lucky draw is conducted purely as a promotional activity.
   • Winning is based on random selection and cannot be challenged, disputed, or appealed.
   • Interwood reserves full rights to cancel, withhold, disqualify, or reassign any prize if misconduct or policy violation is suspected.
   • Interwood reserves the rights to finalize the travel. Winner must accept then given schedule and no changes will be allowed.
   • Any date change initiated by the traveller after ticket issuance will result in an additional charge to be borne by the traveller.
4. Prize Liability Waiver
   • Prizes are provided "as is" without any warranty or guarantee".
   • Interwood bears no responsibility for:
   • Visa rejection
   • Passport issues
   • Travel delays or cancellations
   • Medical, health, or safety concerns during travel
   • Any loss, accident, or damage during prize usage
5. Legal & Financial Protection
   • Interwood will not be held liable for:
   • Any financial loss, direct or indirect damage, dispute, or claim by customers.
   • Errors in data entry or system delays.
   • Any communication errors or misunderstandings.
   • No compensation of any kind will be provided under any circumstances.
   • All decisions by Interwood management are final and binding.
6. Proof & Documentation
   • Interwood reserves the right to verify customer identity and eligibility at any time.
   • Customers must provide valid CNIC, invoice, and contact details to claim rewards.
   • Fake, fraudulent, or incomplete entries will be void and subject to legal action.
7. Privacy & Communication
   • Customers agree to allow Interwood to use their name, image, and campaign participation in marketing and announcements.
   • Customer data may be used for internal purposes only and will not create any contractual or legal obligation.
8. Legal Protection Clause
   • Interwood reserves the right to refuse participation or cancel eligibility at any time, without explanation.
   • Participation does not grant any legal claim or right against Interwood.
   • Interwood shall not be responsible or liable for any claim, loss, legal demand, damages, or compensation in connection with this campaign
