How are online orders shipped?

All online orders first pass through quality inspection before being carefully packaged and transported via our delivery vans.

 

Which locations do you ship to?

We ship to all locations throughout Pakistan, however, depending on your exact location, your item(s) may be delivered by our team or by our trusted logistics partner (TCS). Depending on your location, delivery charges may also apply.

What is the estimated delivery time of an online order?

Once online orders are processed and payment is received, items are shipped on the basis of availability:

What happens if my order contains ready-to-ship items and pre-order items?

If you have ordered multiple items online and some are ready-to-ship and others are on pre-order, you will receive your ready items first and your pre-ordered items later. Our delivery team will reach out to you to communicate the exact timelines.


Does buying an item(s) on installments affect delivery timings?

No. Whether you pay for an item(s) in full or in installments, the delivery time remains the same.


How do I track my online order(s)?

If you ever need to know the status of your deliveries, simply contact us on our WhatsApp Delivery Service Number: 0321-2203203 from Monday – Saturday, between 9am and 5pm.


What if I want a delivery expedited? Can I pay extra for express delivery?

We do not offer express delivery, nor can a delivery be expedited beyond its scheduled delivery date.


What if I want to have my item delivered at a later date?

Once your order is placed and confirmed, our delivery team will reach out to you for confirmation. At this time, you can inform them of your desired delivery date/time.


What if I want my item(s) delivered somewhere other than my location?

You can have items delivered to any location of your choice. Simply mention your desired delivery address on the checkout page.


What happens if my delivery is delayed?

We strive to ensure that all products are delivered quickly and safely. However, due to certain circumstances beyond our control (ie: road blockages, natural disasters etc), it is possible that some deliveries may be delayed. In case this happens, our team will reach out and inform you of the revised delivery time.

What if my item(s) needs to be assembled?

We are here to help! Once your item(s) has been delivered, our expert team will visit you the following day for assembly. Depending on your location, assembly services may be charged.

What if I want to assemble my item(s) myself or by my carpenter?

Although we encourage you to have item(s) assembled by our team of trained professionals, we do also offer FREE online assembly assistance via video call. However, please note that if your item is damaged during assembly by any other party/individual other than our team, we will not be responsible/liable for repairing the item. 


What if my item(s) has to be mounted on a wall?

No problem! Our expert team will assist you with installation. However, we first request you to:


  • ·       Identify the area where the item needs to be mounted
  • ·       Ensure there is adequate space for it to fit
  • ·       Ensure the area is clean and clear of any obstructions prior to mounting
  • ·       Ensure that there is are no plumbing, electrical, or support beams in the wall/surface where the item is being mounted
  • ·       Take any necessary permissions from your property’s management/landlord prior to installation.


What should I do once my items are delivered?

Although we take special care in handling and delivering your items, there is always a possibility that they can be damaged or misplaced. Therefore, once your item(s) arrives, we always encourage you to:

  • ·       Check your items carefully and inform our team of any damages/defects/missing parts
  • ·       Only sign the Final Finish Report (FFR) once you are satisfied with your delivery


What if my item(s) is damaged upon delivery?

All our items come with a 1-year warranty so in case of any damage during shipping or delivery, we will ensure it is either repaired or replaced. In case of any damage, please be sure to take pictures and either notify our team (at the time of delivery or assembly) or call us on 111-203-203.

What if I’m not at the location when my items are delivered?

Prior to delivery, our team will get in touch with you to confirm your preferred delivery date/time and location. Once this has been decided, we request that you be available at the specified location at the agreed time to ensure smooth delivery.


What if I change my mind or do not like my item. Can I return it?

Unless the product is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, once your item has been delivered, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.
